I love going to my doctors office . Everyone is so nice ,understanding ,helpful n , makes u feel welcome. Pleasant environment. The office is always clean , up to date on whatever is needed . I highly recommend to anyone looking .

Amazing staff, nurses and doctors. Clean office and a comfortable environment. The care team truly does what their title says: CARE. They don't give it to you straight and are always trying to find better ways to care for their patients, especially complicated ones like my wife and I. 10 stars

I couldn't speak any higher of the staff here. Especially Holly Ackerman, FNP and her medical assistant, Cathy. They are so so caring and genuine. They spent the time with me and my mom to talk through everything she was experiencing and I could feel the sense of relief knowing she was in good hands. If you are looking for a new PCP 100% recommend Holly!!

Lacy Hosay is one of the most profession and compassionate nurse practitioners I’ve met. I often find it hard to get great bedside manner and great clinical skills from one person. She is the whole package and is very thorough in her assessments. Being a nurse myself I sometimes am hyper critical when finding my own care but I have been with Lacy for years now!

Honestly hard to write a review because it’s like giving away this awesome sweet gem I found. For the first time ever, it seemed like a doctor listened to me, and cared. It was wonderful. Lacy Hosay is the absolute best! She is the person I always request to see, and it's because of the care I receive from her. When I do see her, she is compassionate and really cares about her patients. She listens to me about all of my health concerns, then goes above and beyond to find the right treatment or to find the right specialist for my needs. She treats her patients like they are family. The genuine compassion she shows is very obvious to anyone that has been in her care.They are truly lucky to have Lacy as one of their N.P.'s, and I will continue to see her for any future medical issues.

I am so happy to have a Dr, and especially, my NP Lacy Hosay for saving me in so many ways. Lacy is excellent at listening to my problems and effectively treating the issues. Lacy is very understanding, caring, and trustworthy. She is knowledgeable in her practice and she has saved me in so many ways! I will not go anywhere but Midwest Medical and continue with Lacy Hosay taking care of me! It's nice to be able to trust your Dr/NP with your life and know they are really there for you, the patient.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Midwest Practitioners, especially Dr. Danish Jabbar, Lacey, NP, and Holly, NP. Their entire team has cared for not only me, but my immediate family and even my in-laws — and they treat all of us with the same compassion, respect, and genuine concern they would show their own families. I will forever be grateful for Holly, NP, who was the one I saw the day I was having my heart attack. She immediately ran an EKG, recognized how serious it was, and got the results to Dr. Guzon right away. Because of her quick action and her insistence that I go straight to the emergency department, I got timely care — and I truly believe it made all the difference. She was calm, thorough, and incredibly supportive in one of the scariest moments of my life. Dr. Jabbar and Lacey, NP have also been nothing short of amazing. They consistently fit me in when I need to be seen, even last minute, and always make me feel heard, valued, and cared for. They take time with every question, every symptom, and every concern. Their compassion is matched only by their clinical expertise. What stands out the most is how genuinely invested they are in my health and my family’s well-being. We never feel rushed, overlooked, or like “just another patient.” Their kindness, patience, and attention mean the world to us. I truly love knowing that I have a care team who treats me like family.
